A very nice shop with a broad range of bikes and e bike's. They even have an indoor test parcour. Wow! Defently recommend when you are in Cloppenburg to visit.

Thanks to the very good professional advice from betis Bike Center, my commute to work is a lot easier 👍 The employees are very friendly, helpful and very competent. Above all, I am very satisfied with the employees in the workshop, who do their work really well. Always friendly, always helpful and they are there straight away for even the smallest things. I will buy my next e-bike there too. Keep it up👍👍👍

First of all, very nice staff, great work, really praise! As it must be. But But.... I wanted to have thicker slippers on it, everything went in a jiffy... when the work was finished & I asked about my previously installed puncture protection, they suddenly couldn't be found that I wanted to install in another bike. So an item worth €70 was missing... I wasn't given a discount either... in my opinion it was a rip-off. If I make amends, I will revise this review. greeting

Not the first (e-)bike picked up from Bertis Bike Center! Competent employees and nice owner. I would still like to highlight Dominika W. Extremely patient when testing, always a suitable answer to the question and a good feeling for what could fit! I couldn't have asked for better advice. Great advertising for the Cloppenburg location - so it's not difficult to support regional companies. Thanks to you for a cool driving experience (= Until the next bike at the latest ;)

I leased my new ebike from Berti's Bikecenter. Very competent and friendly advice. Good choice. The bikes shown could be tried out extensively on the in-house test track. And the coffee tastes good too ;). Thank you!
